Important information on arrival- On receipt of payment of 35% of the price of your reservation, we will send you an E-mail confirmation, including all the necessary information for your arrival in Barcelona. Please ensure that you receive and read this message. - We would kindly ask you to reply as soon as possible confirming your time of arrival in Barcelona, so we can make full preparations for your check-in. - We would again ask you to telephone the check-in number (+34666466231), at least 30 minutes before your arrival at the apartment. If you forget to call there may be no one waiting for you when you arrive. Please remember that ClassBedroom staff will only travel to the apartment once we have received your call. -Check-in time is from 3pm onwards. If you arrive earlier you may leave your luggage at the apartment anytime after 11.30am and then return at 3pm. When paying in cash please have the exact amount to hand.- ClassBedroom will show you to your apartment and give you all the necessary information to ensure that your stay is as enjoyable as possible.
Pre-paymentClassBedroom will take 35% of the full price at the time of reservation. This charge is non-refundable. Check-in ConditionsOn checking-in ClassBedroom will need to take your credit card details as a form of deposit. Without a credit card you will not be able to check-in. The establishment reserves the right to charge your card in the event of possible damage or lost items (including keys) during the course of your stay.
Additional Charges-Tourist tax not included in the final price (0.72€ per person/night)-Internet connection: 10 € for the duration of the stay (payable in cash)-All arrivals after 8pm will carry an additional charge of €20 (payable in cash)-All arrivals after Midnight will carry an additional charge of €50 (payable in cash)Check-OutAll apartments should be vacated by 11am on the date of departure. In the event of failure to comply, ClassBedroom may be entitled to charge for an additional night without the right to stay in the apartment. Cancellation FeeThe 35% pre-payment charge is non-refundable.
