This recently refurbished, loft apartment is inspired by the surrounding Gothic Quarter. It is located on the first floor with elevator access. It has one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower unit, lounge-diner with kitchenette and double sofa bed.

The 'Born Beach' apartments are in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona. Here, the remains of the old Roman city can be found, as well as the group of medieval palaces and convents that are the heritage of a splendid past. Barcelona was the capital of the Catalan counts and monarchs for five hundred years.

A wide selection of bars and restaurants with trendy furnishings are found just a few steps from the apartment. In spite of this touch of modernity, the historic Gothic Quarter of Barcelona still retains the old bohemian personality that characterized it before it became one of the most popular areas of the city, frequented by local inhabitants and tourists. The apartments are very close to one of Barcelona’s most renowned Gothic buildings, the church of Santa María del Mar.

CHECK IN
- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.

- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.

- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.

- 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.

- We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned.

- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security.

- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.

- Departure time: before 11.00am
- Please inform us of your expected arrival time

DEPOSIT
- Your deposit payment will be returned within a maximum of 72 hours as soon as the vacated apartment has been checked.

I come to Barcelona a lot for leisure and would usually stay in hotels. I booked an airbnb this time just to have the freedom of 'feeling like home'. The communication was great from the moment I booked, instructions for checking in was straightforward and an easy step to follow. Arriving in Barcelona was great as usual, took a taxi to the Classbedroom location and was pleasantly surprised as to how close it was to local amenities like Barcelonetta, Las Ramblas and a cute coffee shopright at the door step. Getting into the building was easy with the app and the apartment was clean, everything was in its place and it was quite secure. The host is very responsive and helpful. I would recommend staying here

Appartamento piccolo ma pulito e accogliente, se vi serve come punto di appoggio per visitare Barcellona è perfetto data anche la posizione strategica. All'arrivo bisogna chiamare il proprietario dato che l'indirizzo indicato su booking è quello degli uffici, egli è arrivato puntuale e in pichi miuti abbiamo pagato la restante parte; molto gentile e sembra affidabile e l'unica nota è 300€ di caparra... forse eccessivi ma essendo un appartamento e non un hotel ci può anche stare. La cucina funziona anche se le pentole sono poche e una di esse era un po' brutta per cucinare. La notte si dorme bene e il condizionatore funziona perfettamente. In sintesi tutto bene, lo consiglio.

When we arrived, the office of Classbedroon was closed. Nobody told that, despite we had already informed exactly the time of arrival. In spite of that, every thing was very good.

ClassBedroom: In our confirmation mail it can read: - Please remember that you must call the check-in telephone (+34666466231) at least 30 minutes before arriving at the apartment.  If you fail to call the indicated number, no one will be waiting for you at the apartment when you arrive.

The toilet seat stinked like a pee from the beginning. There was no coffee machine and the frying pans were poor (used with too high temperature). A bit expensive compared to the size of the rooms. Anyhow, would recommend for two persons due to the great location and nice and friendly staff!

L'appartement est idéalement situé dans el born, bien équipé et fonctionnel (l'espace chambre est toutefois réduit). La rue est très calme. Mais il faut savoir que l'accès aux 5 appartements se fait par un ascenseur qui donne directement dans le salon (face au canapé). En conséquence on entend énormément l'ascenseur (et les gens à l'intérieur) à chaque passage.

Location was perfect, ideal for visiting the city. The appartment was way smaller than expected, the pictures on the web-site are not from this unit, but from a unit on the top floor and the sizing/lighting is not the same at all. I felt like I was paying too much for the unit I got. Please up-date photos for each unit.

We enjoyed our stay. Simple but everything was there. The location superb: near to the harbour, trainstation (from where you can go to the airport)metro and the old centre. Many places to eat, all those small streets, beautifull.
