This recently refurbished, loft apartment is inspired by the surrounding Gothic Quarter. It is located on the third floor with elevator access. It has one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower unit, lounge-diner with kitchenette and double sofa bed.

The 'Born Beach' apartments are in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona. Here, the remains of the old Roman city can be found, as well as the group of medieval palaces and convents that are the heritage of a splendid past. Barcelona was the capital of the Catalan counts and monarchs for five hundred years.

A wide selection of bars and restaurants with trendy furnishings are found just a few steps from the apartment. In spite of this touch of modernity, the historic Gothic Quarter of Barcelona still retains the old bohemian personality that characterized it before it became one of the most popular areas of the city, frequented by local inhabitants and tourists. The apartments are very close to one of Barcelona’s most renowned Gothic buildings, the church of Santa María del Mar.

CHECK IN
- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.

- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.

- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.

- 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.

- We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned.

- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security.

- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.

- Departure time: before 11.00am
- Please inform us of your expected arrival time

DEPOSIT
- Your deposit payment will be returned within a maximum of 72 hours as soon as the vacated apartment has been checked.

Appartemento comodo per 2 persone, posizione strategica grazie a vicinanza alla Metro, alla Rambla e alla spiaggia, check in semplicissimo e chiarissimo. Una buona soluzione da scegliere per godersi Barcellona

We are very satisfied with our stay. We liked the apartment, it was clean at check-in, and the kitchen functioned well. The key system was also ok. The only thing that did not function, was the shower height adjustment. We had a kind of sofa table, but we have seen some pictures of other apartments on you webside without a small table in front of the sofa. We think you should have one in every apartment. We liked the area around, nice and cosy narrow streets. If we are coming back to Barcelona, we will gladly book one of your apartments again.

Central location is exellent. Clean but plain. Small but fine for two people. No doors to the room and bathroom. The heater disfunctioned but we got a mobil heater instead. Fine service. Fine beds.

Apartment met minimal requirements in a soulless way. One significant problem: wifi was unreliable - went out each evening. Very small apartment, with layout designed apparently by someone who never traveled and therefore was unaware of how nice it is to have adequate shelving in the bathroom or stands for luggage. One good thing - adequate electrical outlets in sleeping and living areas!

Un appartement très bien situé, à la fois dans un quartier central et dans une rue calme. Appartement propre, il faut seulement savoir que la chambre n'a pas de porte et qu'il n'y a donc pas de séparation réelle entre la pièce principale et la chambre.

We were very pleased with our stay in this apartment. It is as shown in the photos, no surprises and it contains all that you might need for a few days in the wonderful city of Barcelona. The host was very welcoming and friendly. The the location is great, just 5-7 minutes walk to public transport services including bike rentals. It is also, walking distance from some of the tourist sites and there are lots of restaurants, cafes and small grocery shops within walking distance. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Barcelona and would happily stay again!

Les aspects négatifs: Pas de service de départ. Literie du canapé très sale, sol moyen, vaisselle grasse. Pas de meuble dans la salle de bains donc pas très pratique pour poser nos affaires, très très mal insonorisé. les aspects positifs: jeune fille à l'arrivée sympa ainsi que le jeune homme qui est venu nous dépanner pour un problème de coffre fort, situé proche de tout à pieds, sécurisé.

Absence of electrical outlets in the kitchen. Absence of bedside lamps. Rac for towels ect. in kitchen and bathroom. It would be nice with two sets of keys.

"Lit" inconfortable (2 matelas posés sur une estrade ,est-ce un lit? ) Appartement très mal insonorisé ( on participe aux ébats amoureux des personnes aux étages supérieurs et inférieurs.... Appartement trop sombre (et pour l'assombrir encore un peu plus : sol noir ....) Pas très sastifaits , hormis la situation géographique , excellente.

We loved the location of the apartment, and we also loved that we could make the living/kitchen area into a second bedroom by using the pull-out couch. Check-in was easy and we appreciated all the tips and assistance given to us (eg, map, directions to metro stop, etc.)

Die ideale Unterkunft für eine Städtereise...man ist direkt im Zentrum der Altstadt, die Metro ist in der Nähe und da man eh viel unterwegs ist, muss der Komfort nicht so groß sein. Deutliches Plus: die gute Ausstattung der Küche.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, zentral und ruhig gelegen. Leider haben sich die Bewohner eines anderen Appartments rücksichtslos (nachts laut) verhalten, aber da kann Classbedroom nichts dafür. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!!!!!!!!!!
