Online Check-In
In compliance with Barcelona law, all guest details must be registered. You will receive an email with instructions to complete this process online.
A damage deposit is required and must be paid by credit card prior to arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days of check-out, pending a property inspection.
Upon Arrival
Please note that there will be no personal welcome at the apartment.
Online check-in must be completed at least 48 hours before your arrival, including outstanding payment and damage deposit.
If you arrive before 15:00, you may leave your luggage in the apartment from 12:00 onwards. The apartment will be ready for check-in after 15:00.
Access codes for the apartment will be provided one day before your arrival, only if the online check-in is completed.
Check-Out
Apartments must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure. Failure to do so may result in a charge for an additional night, without the right to remain in the apartment.
