Our low cost apartment has been recently renovated. It has three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds and another with one single bed, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom with a shower.
The low cost Classbedroom apartment is the best priced of all our apartments for groups.
Our low cost apartment is located in the quiet residential area of La Sagrera. It is two minutes from a typical Barcelona neighbourhood market where you can buy fresh produce and see how people really live in Barcelona.
The apartment is located just 15 minutes by metro without making a change in Plaza Catalunya (city centre) and 8 minutes by metro to the Sagrada Familia. The nearest metro station is just a 2 minute walk from the apartment.

CHECK IN
- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.
- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.
- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.
- 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.
We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned.

Très réactif aux messages avant et pendant le séjour et instructions détaillées en écrit et vidéo pour entrer dans le logement. Il y avait deux fois le même numéro dans la rue, mais grâce à la vidéo, on a pu identifier la bonne porte. Il faut donner beaucoup d'informations au préalable (numéro de passeport/CNI de tout le monde) et il faut un smartphone pour ouvrir la porte, mais tout est faisable et bien expliqué.Ils ont des caméras et un détecteur de bruit dans l'appartement, mais il ne s'est pas déclenché, faut juste faire attention.Sinon, l'environnement est très très sympa, l'appartement est grand et le prix est petit.On a passé un super séjour à Barcelone !

Todo perfecto, es piso antiguo però està muy bien, las camas super comodas, encontramos a faltar papel de water, por quien vaya, que vaya preparado. Aunque si no llegas tarde hay un minisuper debajo y cerca un super 24h.

Clean, basic apartment a few minutes from a metro station. Very good communication with the host. The noise from the street at night makes it hard to sleep, for some. But with closed windows it's bearable. Bring with you some basics such as tea or sugar. They supply towels, soap and body lotion and toilet paper, but other than that the apartment is empty. The check in process was somewhat complicated technically, but it worked.

it was a great stay! amazing location- so many metro stations, all within easy walking distance. they have a great bakery at the corner of the street and a good supermarket right across the street. the apartment was clean and had everything you could need for a few days in Barcelona! the A/C was a blessing as well! great stay and highly recommended!
A acomodação é muito ampla e ventilada recebendo com conforto uma família ou um grupo de até 6 amigos. Tem uma excelente localização, com um mercado super simpático em frente, um café abaixo, uma padaria na esquina e a estação do metrô em 5 min a pé. A estação fica a 3 paradas da Sagrada Família. Para quem gosta de passear na La Rambla, mas quer tranquilidade na hora de descansar, é o lugar perfeito!
What a great stay in Barcelona! Apartament is located in a very nice neighbourhood even though it’s not in the city centre. Bus stops and metro station in a walking distance. Also shops and cafes are just few steps away. Before our stay we got clear instructions (with videos) how to get to the apartment. Everything as described :) apartment is nice, spacious and clean with all the basic equipment (towels, shampoos, fridge and even iron). 10/10!

Todo perfecto, éramos 5 personas y la verdad que nos gustó mucho, y la ubicación bastante cerca de todo, aunque faltaria calefacción al baño ya que al salir de la ducha hace bastante frío, por lo demas genial, seguro que repetimos en un futuro

Como única pega, el ruido que se filtra desde el exterior por las ventanas y el ruido de los vecinos de al lado, si bien sobre las 23 o 23:30 solían parar ambos.

Wszystko super . Lokal przy dużym wężle komunikacyjnym więc łatwo przemieszczaliśmy się do centrum miasta. Gospodarz przemiły i elatyczny pozwolil nam się zameldować dużo wcześniej.Blisko sklepy piekarnia . Na dole sympatyczny Azjata i jego żona przygotują kawę i kanapkę. Byliśmy liczną 11 os. grupą wszyscy zadowoleni.

The apartment was really comfortable. Everything was done as arranged previously. A holiday instance to recommend.
If you are a light sleeper like me, you may have trouble getting some sleep. Street noise is constant, trash trucks come in every morning at 4am. You can hear conversations clearly from people on the sidewalks, and from neighbors in the building. But otherwise, the apartment was nice, excellent location. Two blocks from train station. Food and supermarket nearby.

El apartamento se encuentra cerca de un market y a tres paradas en metro de la sagrada familia. El apartamento es dotado de todo y muy limpio.
We had a really great time in your Apartment for the three days that we stayed there with friends. The check in was smooth and Swift and your staff really friendly. The Location is great, even though not directly in the centre it is a 5 Minute Metro ride into Bcn centre. The Apartment was clean and absolutely sufficient for our purposes. Would definitely stay with you again next time and recommend to others!
The lounge had obviously been subdivided to make an extra bedroom, which was not large enough for two single beds. Also the remaining lounge area was too small to have a second sofa, which was a necessity for 5 people staying. The double bed was uncomfortable and kitchenware was limited - no wine glasses, which we had to buy! An unpleasant smell in the toilet/shower area. The apartment was directly above a bar, which was very noisy in the evenings.
L'appartement est propre, spacieux et est équipé de tout le matériel nécessaire. Il est à seulement quelques stations de métro de la Place Catalunya dc idéal pour sortir le soir. Le seul regret est de devoir payer en plus le wifi... Nous reviendrons ici si nous devions revenir à Barcelone.

Bon appartement mais beaucoup de bruit de la rue et lit double très inconfortable et très bruyant. Il manque aussi des équipements de cuisine. Merci !

Well organised, no problem with check-in and check-out. Large apartment, all kitchen supply, very good cooker, comfortable beds. A bit cold in Jan, heating is not very efficient. But in sunny days OK. Convenient location, metro just 5 min.walk. Wonderful food market just downstais across the road. good for families with children as they have separate bedroom. Living room is very good. Good correlation price/quality.

Un appartement très bien situé, vraiment ! idéal pour des vacances en famille : nous étions en couple avec nos trois enfants de 5 à 13 ans. Tout est pratique : le rangement, la buanderie, la proximité du marché et de commerces, les stations de métro au pied de l'immeuble !Le quartier populaire est tout à fait sympathique. Attention cependant à ceux qui souhaiteraient dormir sans bruit : c'est un quartier vivant quand il s'éveille, cela fait son charme mais pourrait gêner certains résidents le matin. De notre côté, on s'était dit tant pis ! les enfants n'en ont pas été dérangés et un bain urbain nous a changé de notre quotidien rural ! Petit conseil : bien sûr oubliez la voiture dans cette ville superbe ! là encore, l'appartement est à côté du parking Mariscal, loué pour la semaine. L'accueil du

Para los que no conocemos Barcelona está bastante alejado del centro y en metro hay que hacer transbordos que llevan mucho tiempo y son cansados. El apartamento está muy bien aunque en mi opinión debería de tener más menaje de cocina, tiene 5 vasos justos, 5 tazas etc y hemos echado en falta un bol o dos para servir la comida.

La posizione dell'appartamento in Carrer Felip II è molto comoda per la vicinanza della metro. L'appartamento è molto ben curato e dotato di tutto. La fornitura della cucina è un pò scarsa considerando che la capienza è per 5 persone(manca qualche pentola più grande, manca uno scolapiatti, mancano strofinacci...). Nel complesso però ci siamo trovati molto bene soprattutto con il personale molto disponibile e gentile, sia durante la prenotazione che all'accoglienza.

The apartment was clean, modern and well-situated near a metro stop and across the street from a little grocery store. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped. We felt like the price was very good for this apartment and its location.
