This recently refurbished, loft apartment is inspired by the surrounding Gothic Quarter. It is located on the fourth floor with elevator access. It has one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower unit, lounge-diner with kitchenette and double sofa bed.

The 'Born Beach' apartments are in the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona. Here, the remains of the old Roman city can be found, as well as the group of medieval palaces and convents that are the heritage of a splendid past. Barcelona was the capital of the Catalan counts and monarchs for five hundred years.

A wide selection of bars and restaurants with trendy furnishings are found just a few steps from the apartment. In spite of this touch of modernity, the historic Gothic Quarter of Barcelona still retains the old bohemian personality that characterized it before it became one of the most popular areas of the city, frequented by local inhabitants and tourists. The apartments are very close to one of Barcelona’s most renowned Gothic buildings, the church of Santa María del Mar.

CHECK IN
- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.

- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.

- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.

- 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.

- We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned.

- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security.

- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.

- Departure time: before 11.00am
- Please inform us of your expected arrival time

DEPOSIT
- Your deposit payment will be returned within a maximum of 72 hours as soon as the vacated apartment has been checked.

localisation parfaite (j'adore le quartier du Born, typique et animé, proche du gothique, de barceloneta, parc citadelle...). La rue est tres calme malgré sa proximité avec les rambla del born. L'arrivée est tres facile. Merci !

Everything was as announced in the description. Contact with the host was very easy. Check in easy and quick as well. Nice area and lively neighborhood. Close to everything in the heart of Barcelona Gothic neighborhood. We were missing the cooking basics like salt, pepper, sugar, oil and vinegar, or bowls for the morning. When you arrive from abroad, it was not handy because we had to buy everything and throw away these basics at the end of our stay . Only one clean bathroom mat, one dish / hand towel in the kitchen , and 3 toilet paper rolls for the whole week were not enough for our own comfort and hygiene. We didn’t have any spray to clean the apartment/ furniture/ toilets/ table with. In times of Covid this would have been appreciated. Despite what is mentioned above, I would recommend this apartment.

It is a place really well located for exploring Barcelona. 15 min walk to the beach, to Las Ramblas and Gothic quartier, to Passeig del Born. It is small (you can hear what is going on in the bathroom), however has all the necessary for a short stay. Good windows for sound isolation and with airco, really needed in summer. As the apartment is an open space, if you are sleeping and the other person wakes up and switch on the light, you notice it (maybe not if you are a heavy sleeper).

Un piso en inmejorable ubicación. La atención de primera, atentos a cada duda o problema en un tiempo breve y sumamente puntual en cuanto a la hora en que se comprometen con todo. El piso limpio, tranquilo, muy seguro, lavadoras y secadoras en la planta baja y eso lo hace super práctico. Muchas toallas, el baño super práctico. Un balcón que te hace sentir en casa y la cama de buena calidad para dormir. Podría decir que si tienes dudas de un sitio a buen precio y central en Barcelona, elijas este pues encontrarás lo esencial para pasar unos días en la ciudad.

This was perfect for a short stay in Barcelona. I was pleasantly surprised at the location’s convenience and proximity to some of the sites we wanted to see. I felt safe and comfortable while there. Really great location, perfect for any holiday: beach, sightseeing, food & drinks. Space worked well for me and my two best friends both sleeping and eating/living. Would struggle for space with full su3 suitcases if we stayed longer but for a short break it was perfect, and really good value for money. Also some great recommendations for restaurants (la Fonda and Paco Alcalde for a traditional restaurant near the beach).

Seria muy util poder tener algunas cosas para la cocina. Ej. Aceite, Sal, Azúcar, papel higiénico. Estuvimos 4 días en el departamento y al segundo día se nos acabo el papel. Ademas comprar un litro de aceite para poder hacer un desayuno no se justifica.el resto impecable. muy buena la experiencia

There is one thing we would like to address: the Wi-Fi is not working properly. We payed 10 Euro for this service so we expect a good working Wi-Fi. It’s a basic service nowadays. Overall we had a very pleasant stay, thanks!

il tubo della doccia era rotto e l'acqua usciva dal tubo. Il fatto che la chiave del portone fosse uguale alla porta dell'appartamento all'inizio ci aveva spaventate ma alla fine è andato tutto per il meglio. La posizione dell'appartamento è stata ottimale poichè si trova a metà strada fra la Rambla e la Barceloneta!

Como nunca tinha ido à Europa/ Espanha quando chegamos no horário que eu tinah combinado com vocês, ficamos na rua com um pouco de medo porque não sabíamos o que fazer. Tive que ligar para vocÊs e ainda esperamos o rapaz aparecer. Não gostei de ter pago para usar o WIFI a parte 10 euros. Que eu saiba Wifi é de graça. Enfim, mas eu indico e até ficaria de novo com vocês

it is situated in a perfect area. It is simple and small. But all of that is clearly mentioned. I was there alone with my 2 young children, i felt safe and everything was nearby. The service and help was good and i would definately come and book with them again!
