This apartment which accommodates 6 people has a surface area of 85 m2 divided into 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of them en-suite), dining room with an open-plan kitchen, a balcony overlooking Calle Montserrat and another looking on to the back of the building. It is ideal for a comfortable stay in Barcelona.
The apartment is fully equipped with heating and air conditioning, washing machine, tumble drier, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, juicer, mixer, plates), TV and free Wi-Fi.
Near the apartment you can explore the unique Gothic Quarter and Old Town, its broad range of restaurants, medieval buildings, Barcelona Cathedral, Plaza del Rey, Plaza del Pi, the Maremagnum area, a leisure area facing the sea, shop in all sorts of different establishments in Plaza Catalunya and Paseo de Gracia, and also enjoy many different cultural activities with some of the most important museums and theatres in the city.

CHECK IN
- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.
- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.
- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.
- 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.
- We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned.
- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security.
- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.

- Check in time: from 3.00pm onwards.
- Departure time: before 11.00am
- Please inform us of your expected arrival time
DEPOSIT
- Your deposit payment will be returned within a maximum of 72 hours as soon as the vacated apartment has been checked.

We had a wonderful stay while in Barcelona. The apartment was spotless, well appointed and well located. Check in and communications were both seamless and efficient. I can strongly recommend this property.
The only negative comment is no noise insulation on windows facing the street. It can be very noisy at night with the bar downstairs. Other than that, everything was perfect and we would choose the appartment again if in Barcelona

Fantastic location. Very close to everything around Las Ramblas. Beautiful and spacious space with large bedrooms and bathrooms. The A/C makes a little bit of an intermittent vibrating sound but other than that there are absolutely no complaints. Absolutely would stay here again and the hosts are extremely responsive and answer questions quickly
Magnifique appartement avec tout le confort idéalement bien placé aux pieds des Ramblas.
This flat was perfect for our family of six. Located off Las Ramblas, it was quiet and perfectly appointed for travelers.
L'appartamento è bellissimo e comodisimo,reali sei posti letto,ristrutturato di recente,comodissima la posizione praticamente sulla rambla,pulitissimo,ottima biancheria bianca veramente pulita.Unica pecca non da poco le camere lato strada dovrebbero essere più insonorizzate forse con delle doppie finestre perchè il locale di fronte e i passanti notturni non sempre sobri non lasciano dormire per buona parte della notte.Altro consiglio mettere una guarnizione o un chiudi porta per la porta d'ingresso che tutti sbattono a qualsiasi ora.
