Located in a beautiful third floor apartment, it contains one double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms. There is a lounge-dining room and the well-equipped kitchen means you can enjoy cooking with your friends.There is also a complete bathroom and separate lavatory.

This apartment is located near of the Sagrada Familia, Gaudi’s famous masterpiece, in the sector of Barcelona known as l`Eixample, a name that literally signifies “the expansion” which refers to its role in the urban development that occurred in the 19th century on the initiative of designer Ildefonso Cerdá.

Thanks to the apartment’s location close to various public transportation connection points, it is easy to reach any area of the city.

CHECK IN
- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.

- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.

- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.

- 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.

- We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned.

- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security.

- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.

- Departure time: before 11.00am
- Please inform us of your expected arrival time

DEPOSIT
- Your deposit payment will be returned within a maximum of 72 hours as soon as the vacated apartment has been checked.

Ubicación buena del piso, cerca del ambiente de conciertos. El piso es amplio y bien equipado. La única pega es que aún teniendo radiadores ( eléctricos ) el piso se queda un poco frio.

We had a nice stay in Barcelona, the accommodation was great, the two bathrooms were a bonus. We appreciate the flexibility - we arrived at 2 am and left at 5 am and everything went smoothly. Communication was great, everything was explained perfectly and clearly. The location is nice, walking-distance to Sagrada, we even walked to Parc Güel; but if you prefer to take public transport, metro and bus stops are only a couple blocks away. We really liked the accommodation and recommend it.

Nous avons été accueillis par David qui a été agréable et serviable. Petit plus, il parle très bien français. L'appartement est simple mais suffisant pour 5 personnes. Il est propre et assez bien placé bien qu'un peu éloigné du centre de Barcelone. Il est à distance de marche de plusieurs stations de métro et à 10 minutes à pied de la Sagrada Familia. Il y a plusieurs petits supermarchés et toutes sortes de commerces à proximité. Deux petits bémols à noter cependant. Le bruit de la rue très passante et celui des voisins. L'isolation phonique de l'immeuble n'est pas très bonne car il n'est pas récent. Enfin, le ballon d'eau chaude n'est pas suffisant pour prendre 5 douches consécutives. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement.

L'appartamento è in una buona posizione e pulito. Durante i primi tre giorni è rimasto freddissimo perché non ha un sistema di riscaldamento efficace. La cucina, come è indicato sul sito, è totalmente priva di qualsiasi alimento di prima necessità. Acqua, olio, sale e zucchero sarebbero molto utili all'arrivo. Rapporto qualità prezzo è comunque buono

l'appartement etait trés propre par contre assez éloigné du métro. Pas très bien insonorisé on attend beaucoup les gens des autres appartement de l'immeuble . Il est assez spacieux et les 3 chambres sont un plus quand on est nombreux et le balcon assez agréable pour prendre le petit dejeuner

La situation de l’appartement est excellente pour la visite de la Sagrada familia et de l’hôpital sant pau tout deux atteignable à pied en quelques minutes pour le reste de la ville les bus et le métro sont à proximité aussi. Concernant les équipements de l’apparentement cela reste correct suréquipé en électroménager pas toujours utile et souvent dépourvu d’ustensiles élémentaire type saladier ou tire bouchons la literie est confortable. Au niveau hygiène et propreté rien à dire

Algo para mejorar, sería la opción de dejar algunos artículos de uso en la cocina, azúcar, aceite, vinagre, sal, etc, mercadería que la gente que viaja necesita de paso, pero no compraría para estancias cortas, son detalles q van hacer recordar aún mejor sus excelentes servicios.

Appartement agréable, à 5 minutes du métro. Equipement un peu juste mais correct. Toutes les portes grincent, mais on s'y fait. On a eu un petit problème de plomberie bouchée, qui a été résolu rapidement sans nous faire perdre du temps. Merci à Miguel pour son efficacité. Pas vraiment calme, car donne sur grande rue, mais quartier résidentiel, sans tapage nocturne. Deuxième WC, séparé de la salle de bains, ce qui est appréciable lorsqu'on est 5.

Some basic kitchen equipment missing and also in the bathroom a bin and shelf would have been useful. The street is very loud!

confort très rudimentaire pour le prix appartement très bruyant en raison des fenêtres anciennes vaisselle vraiment limitée appréciation globale très moyenne ayant l'habitude de séjourner en europe je dois avouer que je m'attendais à mieux par contre l'accueil est très sympathique

Très bonne location, nous étions 5 (2 adultes/ 1 ado et 2 enfants). Pas de problème et situation qui permet de prendre le métro rapidement et de se rendre sur toutes les visites.

Hemos quedado muy satisfechos con todo lo referente a este alquiler. La cordialidad de la persona que nos recibió (gracias Jordi), la habitabilidad del apartamento, su ubicación, todo funcionaba correctamente, los utensilios... Todo perfecto y sin que haya habido el menor problema. Muchas gracias.

Me and my friends we have really enjoyed our stay at the sagrada familia apartment.the location is great, the apartment was exactly like in the pictures and very clean. I think that the wireless internet should be included in the rent( even if it's 10 eur more). I recommend this apartment, and when i'll cone back to barcelona(which i will), i'll definetly rent it again!

La entrada del edifico y el ascensor son un poco anticuados, pero el apartamento estaba genial. La cocina y baños perfectamente reformados con todos los electrodomesticos necesarios y completamente nuevos. Muy comodo si vas a estar unos días en Barcelona.

In general me and my friends were very content with the appartement except for the fact that there wasn´t any hot water coming from the shower after two days, which really was kind of inconvenient and although we tried to fix somehow it didn´t work out properly!

El apartamento esta bien ubicado. Cerca de varios supermercados, panaderias y de una estacion del metro. El servicio de recepcion es excelente. En nuestro caso el encargado del apto estaba en contacto via telefono para cualquier cosa. Recomiendo este apartamento para personas con familia.
